Because we use genuine eco-friendly materials like solid wood and natural finishes, slight variations in texture or color may occur — these are not defects, but signs of authenticity that make your item truly unique.
Once your order is confirmed, your sales receipt will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also view or download it anytime by logging into your Eco Furnik account and visiting the Order History section. If you need a copy or an invoice update, our support team will be happy to help — just contact us.
We want you to love your Eco Furnik furniture. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team at support@ecofurnik.shop with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Since each piece is handcrafted from natural materials, we’re unable to accept returns for products that show signs of use or damage.
Many of our designs are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and sustainability. If an item is marked as “out of stock,” there’s a good chance it will be restocked soon.
